This signature herbal tea is base on the plants that were growing in one of the old monastery graden around Tunsberg, in Norway. For 800 years ago, Tunsberg had five or six different monasteries with different monastery gardens in order to grow food or precisely plants to use in their medical remedies. Monasteries were the hospitals of our times. I have selected 4 plants to help you find a good digestion and a peaceful evening after a long active day. Full bag: 50gr.

Spearmint, chamomile, elderflower and home dried apples.

How to use

Temperature: 100 c°

Quantity: 1-2 tea spoons

Time: 6-9 min, can be infused longer for stronger taste.
