This sauna hat is a handmade woollen hat worn on the head in the sauna as protection against excessive heat. Wool has insulating properties and is a bad conductor of heat. This hat will protect your head from the heat waves in a sauna.
Occasionally you can also find sauna hats made of linen, felt or cotton, but all our hats are made with thick natural Norwegian wool, washed two times and are all unique. We put our label and a little wooden perle, making it a unique colourful touch.
For best use, make sure to keep it dry in the sauna as wool transports moisture quite well, it will ensure full protection. The hat can also be personally embroidered with patterns for an extra cost.
NOTE: Please as we don´t keep a big stock of hats and don´t have a fabric, they will be hand-knitted as fast as possible from your order. Allow us 4-5 days to make it, wash it and send it to you.
